You've certainly captured the "wild side" of Sorcha, and that can be seen in the eyes. Composition works well with the subject. However, I think the processing is a bit much. The focus is on the eyes, but the the head/eyes blend quite a bit with the rest of the body.

If you were able to enter this in the FS, I would have voted 5.

What really stands out here is contrast: similar but opposing positions, the "good life" vs real life, swimsuit vs. street clothes, young & pretty vs older and downtrodden... Almost done with voting, my favorite so far.
