 July 31st:
I just realized that this is the 1st day in my "50 days of photos" that has a person in it. This is my grandma, she is visiting from Conroe, Texas this week & staying with my mom. This is her with her kitten "Terri". With Terri there are 3 cats at my mom's right now...let me say, it is entertaining to be over there :)

Aww did she travel with the kitty? That is so nice. I am looking at the kitty face with the closed eyes. That looks says "happiness!". Nice memory for you to have of grandma.

Very nice soft tones and contrast here which really suit the image

I love the fact that Terri is so obviously deeply contented with her life at that moment (It would be so cool to be this happy with just a rub on the head)

I didn't even realize that about lack of people in your images, Kelly. Girl, you need to not work so hard, and not study so hard. All work and no play.... I love Grandma's... great capture.

you all must like cats !!! .. i love all animals, they are such a wonderful blessing, but love dogs in particular !! ... great that your grandma has her cat .. i notice her hands .. is that arthritis .. i hope she doesnt have pain etc .. she doesnt seem to mind you being in her face with your camera which is always a good thing !!:)

Neat stuff in this photo, though I'd like to see some of those things in color, too (like the cat and the throw). Did you use a flash? Indoors and straight-on they can be awfully harsh. Before she leaves, maybe you can get a natural light photo of your grandma sitting by your serenity window! If there's sufficient light, of course. :-)

This is such a sweet photo - thanks for sharing. Terri is so pretty - red? And grandma looks nice. I hope she is. :o) My grandma was a spawn of Satan, so you can never be sure.
