Day 5 - Tomatoesby wickee_oneComment: You picked a good subject to use with that filter; those tomatoes are just glowing. I agree with Sandy, that could be a great kitchen poster. |

Day 4 - Divaby wickee_oneComment: Those glasses certainly make her look older! You did a great job of capturing exactly how she looks in real life. |

day 6. feb 08 slice of life. panoramaby rozComment: The stitching job was well done! I bet this would make a great giant poster on the wall. I've been reading about doing HDR panoramic shots but haven't tried any yet. But considering that you did this handheld makes me really, really want to try. |

day 5. feb 08 slice of life. an overabundance of rainby rozComment: The top part with the plants is well done, but the bottom part with the reflections just makes the shot, especially the little bits of grass sticking up. And certainly your pp brings it all together just perfectly.
A good flash can do wonders, especially indoors and bounced off the ceiling. |

02_Miriamby em3Comment: That smile is absolutely infectious! The fact that she's looking up makes me want to know what's up there and why she's smiling. Really nice B&W conversion and good contrast. The shirt looks to be a bit blown out, but I'm viewing on an uncalibrated monitor and it's not a big deal anyway. |

Afternoon Lightby AliciaComment: That Hava Java is becoming quite the spot for you! I like the high contrast, but would like to see a little less of the blown out spots on her hair. The blur certainly works here, especially on the hair. I find the overall style of this compelling, and want to try it myself. How did you create the border? |

Someone is not happyby AliciaComment: You've captured a great expression here - he just seems to be gazing off into space. The blur on the paper adds that little touch to make it come to life. Great job on the processing; you're quite the master of this style. |

Java Guyby AliciaComment: I like how you've captured this guy "in his own world". I especially like that window there (or is it a frame?) with car suggesting yet another space. You may want to try some soft focus or Orton to get dreamy, although I can seem some here already. |

Sailor's Delight by NeilComment: Congrats Neil - this is stunning and a great example of HDR done right. How many shots did you bracket and what exposure? |

by datcatComment: That's a really nice photo and action you have there! I really like the B&W conversion and softness. I think I'd prefer it without the polaroid frame. |
