Chapel of Loveby SDWComment: This is one of the best HDR (or pseudo HDR) photos of the challenge. Lighting is just excellent. My only nitpick are the leaves/branches set against the sky, they appear to have some artifacts, but I get that quite often myself when I do these shots. |

Tby Rando D300Comment: That's just ferocious! It would be nice to have the eyes a bit brighter, but this is still well done. |

Charissaby lovethelightComment: Excellent job on the lighting. There's a tad bit extra blackspace on both sides and perhaps this would be a bit stronger with a crop, not sure. Only commenting, I gave you 8 at first pass.
Side note: I was going through some boxes of old magazines and found an article about artists throughout time based on a scientific study. Supposedly they used to take an eye and put it dead center, and it appears you've done that here. |

Going with the Flowby tjbel05Comment: Excellent job capturing the movement of the water, and your composition leads my right through the photo. I like the deep saturated colors yet the water remains mostly white. |

Dichotomyby aznymComment: Back for bump and comment. Technically this is well done, B&W conversion is well done and tons of detail all over. But your title says it all; left side of the pole are the older, slower folks, perhaps more contemplative. On the right is the younger man, oblivious to the world and moving quickly. Well done. |

Parallaxby KaliComment: Very nice low key photo; this certainly has a story to tell with that background. Is the child moving away from something or towards the distance? What is the relationship between the two? This asks many questions and makes me want to learn more about the subjects, and to me this is what works. |

Calm by tjmuellerComment: Colors are stunning, and that smooth turquoise water draws me right into the photo. Composition is well done, and good job creating balance with the darker clouds on left and the structure. |
