This view/composition really helps show the height of the window washers and the dangers associated. However, I think in the time it takes to seek out and find the window washers and then figure out what this photo is all about, you might lose a few people. Seeking out some alternative compositions might help with scoring and will definitely help improve the "photographers eye."

The photo has a kind of fun and vintage/retro-like feel in straight b&w...the selective desaturation, especially with that harsh red, really takes away from those "simpler days" qualities.
