I think i'd like to see this picture without the broken part of the fence. It has a nice symetry overall. The stop sign is a great way to break up the border and send the view back into the frame.

The lineup of three cows eating with one looking at you gives the picture a bit of humor. I have found it hard to balance exposure on cows in particular...white spots surrounded by black or dark brown.
