You have my admiration for catching one of these birds so perfectly. They are hard to get close to and hard to expose correctly. Good job!

Thanks, I think the shade of the tree the bird was in helped for over blown highlights yet the tail of the bird still looks a little over exposed for me.

Lovely. No blowout which is so hard to do with whites. Bokeh is terrific.

Terrific dappled light. Gives a nice boost in the contrast. Terrific composition to boot.
