Very nice image. Great eyes you captured and the lighting looks good. The one thing I believe hurts this image is the rogue hair in two spots. The one in the lower left corner (maybe clone/heal that out) and the patch of hair just above her left eye (maybe just brush that back or give her a virtual trimming in photoshop.) Anyway, those are just minor things but I believe they could have a big impact on the voter so I probably would keep that in mind in the future. Just my opinion though. Good luck!

Very nice. There's nothing wrong with this that I can see however I think if you had cropped this a bit tighter on the left side so that white patch wasn't there I bet this would score higher. Not that it is distracting but I think just not having it there conveys a bit more professionalism in the eyes of the voter. Just my opinion though. Good luck!
