the spyby gastonComment: Nice colors. I also like the window or door behind the figure. Adds a great 3rd dimension to it. 7 |

Library daydreamsby quiet_observationComment: a nice snapshot of life. I like the sleeping figure the best. This is likely not going to do so well because DPC doesn't go for this type of thing. Perhaps a bit more of a pullback so we can see more of the window. 5 |

Ruins though the windowby bob_bobskiComment: Looks to be shot near midday with the harsh lighting on the rock. The sky is almost blown as well. It's a nice window though and would have been great at either dawn or dusk. 5 |

Ashby stare_at_the_sunComment: A bit soft. I like it though. The window almost looks like a "peephole" through a door. 6 |

Window Bouquetby glad2badadComment: Seems to have some processing on it that I don't quite like. I can't tell if it's USM or a filter. I like the lace drapes, but the flowers in the back are just too finely detailed to make an eye pleasing subject. 5 |

Who came home to see me?by meyersComment: Heh. Cute. A polarizer may have cut the reflection some, or perhaps you could have shot it at a different time of day. It's a nice capture of a welcome moment. 6 |

Broken glassby thorgilsComment: A little soft. The subject in the back is obscure enough that we cn't figure out what it is. I wish it wasn't there. 5 |

Souvenirsby pacpintoComment: Nice. A bit blown (see flower detail), but the hanging pictures are a great subject. 7 |

Escape from Povertyby cislanderComment: The perspective is strange isn't it? There are enough "fake" shots in the challenge that I can't decide if you really did find a window that points almost straight up or whether this was contrived. My biggest technical criticism is the blown sky. The balance of lighting on the window and background is nice though. 6 |
