7 - I like this concept, but would like to have seen more detail/close up of the... grasshopper? Perhaps a different angle. It (critter) seems to have some vivid colors on it, would love to have seen these in more detail.

9 - Wow. Are those antennae real? This creature is beautiful and you have captured it very well. Looks like a costume from an extravagant opera. Colors are so vivid and rich, the gold is 'unreal'. Against the 'earth/pebble background'?, I don't know, perhaps it adds a texture contrast. For me, given the 'fabric' of the subject, something equally as luxurious as a background, or else plain, would be better. Is it dead, or just 'resting' ?
