Attractive tone and possibly an unnecessary physical restraint of the potential extent of the background dof.... however a beautiful edit. Tight subject edge to edge crop confines to the parameter of the bloom, denying full frame natural flow to this wonderful nebulous background.

a beautiful rendering - most interesting riverfront structure. Great brick colour. I can see, the somewhat interesting parallel juxtaposition of rooftop to top frame edge, and intoxicating, disguising edit tilt of the photo, this structure appears made with an odd shape - though it may be the nature of the lens.
