Smoke and Mirrors

As karmabreeze mentioned.... "....blown highlights" have affect on how one views this. I see the smoke conflicting to some extent in highlights with a marvelous quasi-nostalgic colour edit. Not that the effect should have been eliminated, the combined effect appears to be more successful in the black & white outtakes, which I like very much. However I found this portrait deserving at least the 6 I gave it.

....little fellow a handful. Playful image... an underrated score for this, very fun foto to view. I tagged it 7 with one view in voting. Beautiful presentation, perfect crop & elegant frame for this album gem. I don't see sharpen in your comments, and it looks as if there is little or none - not sure that sharpen can contribute to the intended impressionistic style anyway. A very good entry deserving better voter consideration.
