This wasn't as interesting as it could have been for me. I think that the depth of field is a bit disturbing - the grass is out of focus (and it looks like there might even be some motion blue on the frontmost piece of grass), but not enough so that it is a background object - it still seems to have enough space & focus to be distracting. The subject itself isn't interesting enough in this light to pull my eyes in.

I wasn't sure what to make of this. It is a closeup, and the colors are interesting. The arm(?) on the right, the size of the picture, the choice of tone and the composition are all working against you, in my opinion. Sorry.

This is an incredible shot! I've never seen one quite like it, and am curious to find out how you did it (and why the inner crescent line is so wobbly - is that geographic features?) Anyway, great shot; I loved looking at it!

I'm not even sure why I love this the way I do. I think it's the assumption of what the whole face looks like. Certainly, fantasic clarity of detail, love the duo tone with this image. I keep coming back to image -- the thumbnail doesn't convince me of a 9, but every time I come back to see it I think - "Oh, yeah. This is a great one!"
