Nice lines, however picture lacks depth and the sky is kind of uninteresting. Probably would have worked better in the early morning or evening when you could have shadows or maybe have had clouds.

I can understand your intent, therefore you have met the challenge, however, the picture doesn't do much for me.

1066 Monument

I know the path is intended to be your leading line and that is nice, however, I don't really care for this angle for the monument. The position of the sun shines directly on it and overexposes it, therefore it looks like just a blob of bright white. You have nice clouds, though, so I think if the monument wasn't there, it would be a very nice picture. 6

ICK...I can just imagine the smell!! Anyway, I actually like the picture. Lines (in fitting the challenge) are good and the haze in the background is fitting for the subject and endless cattle in the stock yard. Yes, dinner for the cattle, but not many are eating. I imagine the vegetarians are having a fit. LOL 10

This picture could have been cropped more at the bottom. Lots of wasted space. The sunset is beautiful and there is a nice reflection in the water.
