I like the angle that this nicely decorated cake was taken at. More interesting then a straight on shot. You need a little more lighting, however. The colors do not stand out very well and makes the picture a little dull and flat. Also, you should have moved the cake more to the middle of the table so you would have a complete background. ...And lastly, needs better focus.

The dreamcatcher is out of focus. I'm not able to pick up on very much detail in the feathers or colors (the bright yellow background doesn't help). Definately meets challenge, however.

I really appreciate the creativity of this shot. I like the colors and the water. Just a little overexposed, too much light reflected off the water at the top of the drain. Also, I do not much care for the yellow things in the drain. Kind of looks like there is food caught in it. Perhaps de-saturating the yellows would help it blend in more.

This is the best sparkler picture of the challenge. I like that the girl twirling the sparkler stayed still during the longer exposure time and made the the same sized circle each time around. Good job 8

Nice take on the challenge. I like the contrast in colors, however, they appear to be a little dark, flat and dull. Perhaps a little boost in saturation would give the lemons and limes that pop in color and depth. Good luck in the challenge :-)

I appreciate your creativity with this shot. Well set up (I think I would get impatient doing this) The red lifesaver adds nice contrast. My only complaint is that I feel it is a little too dark at the bottom...making the red one dull. I would like to see more uniformed lighting. 9

Interesting choice of subjects for the challenge. The white on the DVD's is a little blown out. Your background surface could use a dust cloth.
