Yellow Zeroby karmatComment: nice. i think a tighter angle would have helped - not by making the zero more obvious (which it would) but by diminishing yet still hinting of the 3 dimensionality of the object. |

Four-Shadowingby alanfreedComment: i think i would have cropped in closer, and maybe taken the photo from a lower angle (exchange the free space below for more above) |

Which came first?by tcherringComment: this is clearly a high quality photo done by someone who knows something about using a camera. technically there isn't much to complain about here, but ultimately do i find this a compelling, original photo? no (although i'd love to know how this was done), maybe because the portrait is greater than the eggs. yes, you use eggs, but they aren't relevant to your photo (the eggs without the boy would make no sense, the boy with out the eggs would do just fine). |

Reachby tcherringComment: i don't see any leading lines . . . where am i being brought into the subject of the photo by a line?
and the strange effect from the borders also detracts materially from the quality of the photo - if the tree is the subject of the photo, why the strange fade on the edges? how does that add to the quality of the photo? |
