A Hawk Got My Chicken

Wonderful imprint. To me though, it looks more like a pheasant taking air. Tail feathers are stiff on hawks, but pointed in a pheasant,see the tail feathers with points. Also, pheasants have rounded wings, just like this one. Could it be a pheasant where you shot it? Just my thoughts. Anyway you captured the shot and imprint perfectly. Van
