Wonderful sky on this. Really clear shot too. I voted a 6 with the majority. Reason was mostly because the subject was not original as you said. It seemed to lack a zip to separate it from the troops.

Well, apparently my vote fell in with the majority. Why did I vote a 5 I wonder. Probably because it seemed overly processed. I guess I did not like the way it was handled. I liked the composition and shadow play. though. Wished there had been more shadows to work with.

Could use a bit more exposure. I see a shadow that indicates you used a flash, but it must not have been set high enough to get good detail.

Sorry, but I see a lot of noise in the image, as well as lots of blur. Composition does not say much to me either. I wish I could find something I like about the shot, but I can't. Perhaps the next challenge will be better for you. This one was kind of hard.

Way too much noise on this. Must have been a very uneven exposure. You must have tried to compensate by adjusting shadows so much that they created nothing but blots of color all over the picture. Perhaps compensating exposure would have been better, though the background would have been white out. Change subject direction as well to create a more even lighting.
