Climb of Lifeby The BynoComment: I would have liked to see better depiction of texture at the bottom of the image, ascending up to the top and getting blurrier the farther it climbed. If you had stepped back slightly, then looked up, the bottom may have been clearer. |

Potato Bugby mattmungerComment: I say kill it. I have potatoes growing in my garden and I really don't want to see one of these. You did a very clear macro. Tje sirrpimdomg textiure creates a real contrast against the smoothness of this guy. |

Cork Reflection in a Quartzby sarimiliComment: Nice abstract. The only thing is that you should not divide a subject into two elements right through the middle. I'm mot sure if I would have had more quartz or cork, but I think one or the other element should have had more command of the composition. I vote for the quartz. |

Peeling Postby AndreRComment: Interacting with your subject -pulling up the weeds to the right of the post would have made it a better composition. The ones on the left add to the curent composition nicely. You did a great job of making me feel the roughness )and the subsequent sliver) of the post, |

Landed Gentryby ImagineerComment: I loved the use of color here. It reminds me of a Thomas Moore painting. Very surreal and great texture. 9 |

Liken Rockby audinutComment: This was one very textured photo. Every inch is texture, and they are all different. Very nice composition. 9 |

Aspen Firby RistyzComment: Perhaps a bit more contrast. You did a very good job of depicting texutre of the pines, though. Even at such a distance, you can still make out the detail. 7 |
