Image seems to need alot of work to make it clearer. If you took care of the technical problem this image would be something I would like to hang on my walls because I am a surfer and can relate to what you are capturing here

Meets challenge description............5 I don't know what the main subject of this image is because there is to many interesting elements to this image.

Technical...........can't tell if it is my computer or the image but it appears to have some artifacts in the area of surfers and sky, everything else looks okay to me though..........8
Artistic........10......I like how you framed this image, the rock to the left if omitted my have made the image stronger, but in away I think it adds to the story of talking about the envornment that surfers live in. I love the feel of the dark sand and the white of the foam, beautiful contrast..........I suppose I'm judging the artistic a little high because I am an old surfer with three boards in my back shed waiting for the New England weather to warm up the Atlantic........but we don't have to tell anybody that....nice image...

I like this image based on its artist qualities.....I don't think meets the description of the challenge or the definition of minimalism because if I was looking at this image alone without knowing the title the description of challenge, it would be a photograph of a tree lined road with a car, sidewalks and house in it.

What I like about it is the way you have delt with the wieght of the trees and the road with the curves of the side walk. It is pleaseing to look at and says nothing profound...believe it our not I like that because it is images like that that allows me to image a story around the image. 6

Artistic......7 I like the feel of this image....although I don't like vertical photoghraphs as a rule this image needs to be vertical. I can see a couple of different ways to frame this and believe you did a fine job projecting your vision. good work

Artist........this is a very moody piece and I am sure the color is the reason for this, I'm not sure what the object is but I do not know if that matters because all of the elements seem to be working in harmony with each other. I like this image and feel that from edge to edge it is working as one.....10......because it feel like a real minimalist image.

To be honest I don't like titles on photographs....I love that you used the title to tell me what the subject is or were it is, but that is not the mark of a good photo. As the photo needs to live beyond and apart of its creator. I like this image very much as a whole and with a little more attention to framing I think you would have a very good image to be proud of. Based on my guidelines for voting for this image: How it meets the defination of minimalism, How it meets the challenge description, technical and artistic considerations, you would score a 6 artisitic being the stronge point in this image and technical following in second. If this example is a good example of your work...I believe you have a good eye..
