You certainly captured the desolate feeling of the wide-open spaces. This is strictly my taste, but I'd like to see you tweak the levels to make the woodwork and sky a little darker. Great picture.

I really like this picture, but I think you need more or less of the camper. Personally, I'd crop the picture a little below the window. I really like the way you've captured the funky (does anyone still use that word? 8)) feeling of the band.

Neat picture! My only suggestion would be to level band of color on the bottom of the ticket booth. (That would never have bothered me that much before I jointed DPC!)

Are these pictures straight from the camera? They are certainly interesting, but they look like they could use just a tad more color and contrast.

I looked at the original, and it's amazing what a difference the conversion to b&w makes. Much more depth and feel, and I also prefer the squarish crop.

Minor nit, were you working with layers? There's a line along the furthest ridge that bothers me a little. It looks like it could be trees, but not quite.

I disagree with the previous viewers. I think the plant and flowers, by virtue of their bright color, are the focal point of the picture. Their contrast with the rocks provides plenty of interest.

I would have gotten rid of the twig that's above and to the left of the plant. It just clutters up the picture. I might have put more space to the left of the plant. Rule of thirds.
