Phone break between classesby twm122Comment: Nice picture, but she really isn't singled out from the crowd, and it looks as if you went overboard with the blurring tool. |

Coach v1by Man_Called_HorseComment: Meets the challenge well, but I would have dodged his face a little, so we could see it better. |

Yellow Door.jpgby smykComment: I love the colors and composition. This is just me, but I would get rid of the heavy black border. The picture is so interesting, it deserves to have the space all to itself. |

Shop Frontsby amberComment: I love this picture and have been meaning to make a comment on it.
The crop doesn't bother me, because I get the feeling that we are looking at this from, perhaps, a second story window. My eye is drawn along the line of the second story windows of the buildings in the picture.
It might be nice to see this picture in color, but b&w works fine for me.
My only quibble would be the big white border. Given that we are limited to 640 pixels, I hate to see them wasted! I'd rather see the pixels expended on the picture, cropped just the way it is, than on the border.
This is a great picture. I wish I'd taken it. 8)

Proud Kiwiby KiwiShotzComment: If this isn't going in the challenge, you must have something really great waiting for us. My only suggestion, and this is just my own taste coming in here, would be to use a little of the dodge tool on the edge of the crown of his cap. It's coming across on my monitor as blending right into the black background. I'd like to see a tiny bit of definition there. Maybe dodge a little bit under the brim to separate his dark glasses from the dark shadow across his nose.
Great candid. Thanks. |

Lifeboat at restby Mr TeeComment: This is a really good picture of sunset in a harbor, but I dn't think it's the best for this challenge. The boats are so dark they really don't stand out. |

The Yellow Houseby BeagleboyComment: Really neat picture, but the house is so small I can barely call it a splash of color. Maybe a small drip. 8) 5 |

Fruity Chairsby lkn4truthComment: This is a very colorful picture, but there isn't one thing that really stands out. Everything is colorful. |
