The head looks fine to me, I just wish you had gotten all of his wings! The slow shutter is perfect. It really looks like a painting.

Excellent capture of the children. IMNSHO, you need to crop on the right. That wagon is very appropriate to the scene, but it doesn't add a lot tot he shot -- the children are much more interesting.
