Interesting old building and story to go with it. This is just me, but I'd like to see it from further back. More space around it would give a better sense of isolation, IMNSHO. Nice work and thanks for sharing.

Interesting how the town ends so abruptly. Here they tend to "fade out" at the edges. Nice contrasting tones and textures.

Lots of atmosphere -- deep in the tropical forest. That empty spot at the right bothered me at first, I'd rather see the birds going towards it rather than away from it, but you can see that it's leading deeper into the forest and who knows what lurks there... Nice reflections in the water.
