great capture! striking image. detail good, though looks as though something is happening with its head - cannto work out what, but that white patch is distracting me. maybe needs fractionally less of the LHS of the frame.

trees here do not look dark & barren, just barren. Sky is very dull, and detail is difficult in this type of image at this resolution.Like the composition of the trees (the arched shape to their tops), though.

gorgeous image - great detail. Wish that there was fractrionally more light on the stalk to the bud. good bokeh. Wonder if coimpositionally might have benefited from losing a bit on the right?

Great idea. Just not sure if this image carries it off. Great colours and detail in the woman, but the unfocussed man could be interpreted in so many ways, and so dominates the picture that the image looks a little unbalanced. Bit more space between the two would have been better, I think.

love the idea! bold lines. Lighting perhaps making the image slightly flat (flash?). might have been better if top-lit. Also, very little texture in background - only texture interferes with finger area, where it distracts slightly.

Nice image. However, flower head is in shade, showing no contrast in flower head. Colour is consequently muted and contrast low. The focus seems a little off your central elements, but that may just need a bit of sharpening.

Very pretty image. Nice focus and detail. Very light ovrexposure in catchlights in each drop of water detract from overall quality of image (because there are so manyof them!) and would like to have seen 5 more pixels at bottom (end of stamen cropped off) rather than the frame which is far too strong for such a light photo.
