Wonderfully captured beauty. You're a lucky man/woman (LOL)! She's beautiful, but more than that you managed to capture a playful emotion and used the lighting and focus to augment that feeling. My only other comment would be that I think you could turn up the color & contrast a bit more. Don't get me wrong - Very nice job! (7)... I changed my mind. (8) ;-)

Beautiful shot... I love the raindrops and her expression is perfect. I do wish that the reflection had been of someone other than the photographer though... IMHO that detracts from the mood of the scene. Still I gave it an 8. (Would have been a 10 if wasn't the photographer's reflection.)
