laying geeseby saintaugustComment: Another storefront window? Very interesting stuff you're finding! Cool, unique, and very appealing (in an ew that's weird but I can't stop looking at it sort of way). Great composition and DOF. I like the blurred foreground model, as it really draws your eye to the one in focus. |

complex beingby saintaugustComment: This is really cool! I assume that it is polyeurythane (sp?) over collectibles/memorabilia? Great pose too. Do you own this or did you see it in a shop somewhere? I bet it had a hefty pricetag! I notice the reflections from the window - too bad about those - but otherwise great capture. |

Suburban sunflower 1.jpgby lytaComment: Wow! Magnificent color, focus, & DOF. Lighting is great too! This image really pops nicely and the yellows just reach out and throttle you (good thing). :-) Not sure about the crop - something about it makes me wonder what more or less on either side would look like. Still, a VERY nice shot. |

Out on the oceanby PollyBeanComment: Love the movement of the water and the pose of the gull. I agree that a slightly different crop might serve you well here - to get the main subject out of the dead center. I would also suggest deepening the tones of the water to create more contrast with the gull. Nice shot. |

Dead headby PollyBeanComment: Beautiful focus & DOF. The composition is excellent too. The lighting is a tad harsh (maybe consider a little burning?) and you might consider cloning out the cobweb. Still, a very striking image. |

Winter gardenby lytaComment: Very visually appealing image. Love the tones and DOF. I'm not crazy about the white image in the background - I think it takes the viewer's eye away from the main subject a bit - but overall a great capture. Very nice. |

Graphic Flowerby PollyBeanComment: Wow - this is REALLY cool! What a creative mind you have. So much going on here and yet it's basically a very simple image. Your focus, DOF, & tones are spot on. You really made it even more interesting with the lines you chose too. Very nice job. |

Cool Waterby LeeDComment: Touristy it may be, but it's still gorgeous! Not many people get to see a vista like this in person. Love the composition and colors. It seems a tad bright to me though - I think if you burned the foreground and mountains just a hair, you might be able to bring out some richer, deeper tones and make the whole image pop a bit more. Great shot - I'm jealous of being there! |

Sunrise on the Outer Banksby LeeDComment: Really magnificent shot! I love the outer banks - so picturesque and serene. You really captured the essence there quite well. I'm not sure about the horizon line - I think it looks pretty straight to me, but there is an optical illusion going on there that has to do with the shadows in the water, making it appear that the image is slightly tilted. You might consider raising the left side just a hair to compensate. Great job overall - I really love the colors and silhouettes. |

Sugar Lipsby buddybuddy1226Comment: Very seductive and sexy shot. Not sure I'm crazy about the DOF - seems a bit shallow to me - but the colors and subject are very appealing! |
