I'll be the first to admit that I'm usually not crazy about cat shots, but this image has some solid merit to it. Great composition and crop to really emphasize the eyes. Good focus too. I do think that the highlights are a bit blown in spots and could manage to be just as "high contrast" against the black shadows without being blown. Other than that - really nice job.

Very visually appealing image. Nice lines and symmetry. I think the color sat could be bumped up a bit to increase the contrast, but still a strong entry.

This has great lines and certainly meets the challenge with high contrast. The thing I like most about this shot is the fact that the road looks like it's a 2-dimensional paper thin flat surface floating in the air held up by the white posts. Very cool shot. Bumping up.

Have never been to Australia, but want to get there one day. This shot is absolutely beautiful. Great tones in the sky and nice silhouettes in the foreground. Good focus and composition too. Can't believe all the detail you got in the sky. Nice job.

Wow... That is just too precious for words! I'd definitely crop much tighter - have the viewer really focus in on the frog and his flower. Looks like you've got the focus to get in pretty close. What a great capture!

Very visually pleasing composition. I do wonder what the **** it is though. ;-) That aside, you've got nice tones and good light/shadow. I wouldn't mind seeing the "space" at the top in a deeper color, but this is a good solid entry.

Beautiful job. Simple, clean, perfectly meets the challenge, and is pleasing visually. My only suggestion would be to deepen the tones of the yellow and blue - they are a little lighter than I think is necessary (and I realize that you've got light & shadow contrasts going on here too). Great work.
