This is surreal (which I really love) and yet amazingly touching in a tangible way. The editing is perfect. The addition of light via dodging/burning is expertly achieved. And although the flower seems "digitally generated", it blends with the rest of the image beautifully. There's a lot to be learned from this image (and I hope I learn at least half of the lessons!).

The symbolism you have managed to portray here is quite startling. You have successfully thrown it in the viewer's face and then sat back for a reaction. Some may say that this is too literal, but I disagree... The tones and composition suggest that a deep commitment to the structure represented. I applaud your efforts.
