good composition. good use of filter. I think, if you had lightened the image slightly, the colors would give a much more impressionistic feel. 8 - may bump later.

not your typical subject for impressionism nor your typical color palette. But I think it works quite well. It is a little claustrophobic for me - the subjects being so centered and balanced - that may have been helped by cropping a little on the left and right. Great eye. 8 - may bump later.

I like this but. Don't you hate that! I think you used the filter well - not too much or too little. Composition is good. The colors are excellent with one exception. I don't like is how dark the woman is - it makes her very hard when compared to the rest of the image. If she had been lightened and slightly de-sated the image would work much better for me. This is just my opinion so take it for what its worth. In this challenge, this is one of the better images I've seen so I'm giving it an 8 but I may be back to bump after viewing the rest.

Too bad people here can't appreciate this exactly as it is. Too wrapped up in sharpness, subject matter, noise, etc, I guess. I see Barnett Newman and find it very intriguing. A play on IFs if you will...
