love this image. my partiality to humans in B&W could be the reason. But I also think you did a great job with a very full background. The black tree balances the white shirt. The clutter in front of the man balances the clutter behind him. A lot of depth in this image keeps it from being static. The texture in the garbage bags in front even adds. Very well done. 9 from me and good luck!
