I've been looking at your images of people for quite a while and can't decide if your a master at snapping or editing. I truly think its a bit of both. I notice it more when you photograph your children; all seem as if the viewer is in a dreamlike state. For me, the best photographers allow you to see through their eyes, if only for a moment, a glimpse of their reality. You acheive that extremely well. This particular image is beautiful. Perfectly composed, lit, and edited.

Since I don't know what this image looked like without the blur, I don't know what changed. I think it could be great without the blur too. I love the composition of this, the balance and play of light and dark. Think the initial image was very well taken and the editing could go many different ways including what you chose.

I find the subjects and the composition very interesting. However, the color cast is making the entire image rather unappealing as far as food goes. I think this may be caused by harsh lighting. 6 - good luck in the challenge!
