Yup! Had one of these happening on the "popular fishing spot on crown land" until the Ministry of Natural Resources put a barricade up to prevent people from parking, picnicing, and then dumping their garbage beside the can that nobody was hired to empty! The background appears to be over-exposed, and the garbage can a bit under-exposed. Good composition.

This photo disturbed me at first because I forgot momentarily that I was looking a "reflection" photo. If I didn't already know that, I would have judged this is as a bad photo because of the ripply blurry look. This effect does make you look twice at it.
