Its an interesting picture but I am having a hard time figuring out what it is. I think it is a plug reflecting off the hood of a model electric car. I think I see wheels and a front grill but I am just not sure. I wish your title would have described it better.

I'm not understanding your title. I can see that he doctor is pointing to the area of the inner ear but why would a surgeon intentionally perform a procedure that causes deafness? That is what the title suggests.

Beautiful picture. I like it in B & W. I don't get the feeling of silence here. It makes me imagine the sound of the rushing water. Its so nice though I can't resist giving it a good score even thought it doesn't necessarily satisfy the theme. Too bad you couldn't have entered this one in another contest it deserves a 9 or 10.
