Whoa - mad eye! From the thumbnail I thought this would be a pretty dull shot really - but it's real class act indeed. Reminds me of a couple of things, I'll have to look them up.

WOW, I love that eye! Great use of motion blur. I think you could do with a tighter crop though. I would flip the picture horizontally so he/she is looking from left to right, and crop tightly while leaving negative space on the right side of the frame. Shame about the dull colourless water, but I don't think you could help that.
