One-woman-and-her-dogby FreebieComment: The idea is a good one, but there are a couple things that distract me. The biggest thing is that the colors appear to be *way* oversaturated -- they're just too harsh and blown out. The other is that I would have preferred that the woman hadn't had her whole back amputated in the shot. Probably would have been stronger to have gotten her entirely within the frame. |

Leading Lanesby GeneralEComment: I *almost* did something similar with some highways in Pittsburgh, but I went a different direction -- nice job! |

Gazeboby dacrazyrnComment: But where are the lines??? (Just kidding!) Great abstract shot. The only thing I would have liked would be a nice blue sky... but that certainly doesn't happen often enough! |

Primary Oak by TarbiniComment: The tree seems a little too centered here, but I still love the shot. I like the way the ravine leads to the tree, and the curves of the hill are a great addition. |

By the Seaby AleciaComment: Excellent shot! Meets the challenge to a tee. I think the toning is quite appropriate here, too. |

The Tracksby zadoreComment: The contrast seems just a little too strong for my tastes, but I still like this shot a lot. I've been finding myself attracted to railways for photos myself lately! |

Cut to Maxwellby boyte1Comment: A neat idea, and well composed! Seems like it may have been a little over-sharpened, though. |
