Model is good, pose is good, clothes are good. Just not overly fond of the steel in the backgound. Possibly move him further out and blur the background a bit?

A very good idea! A bit more light on the subject's eye and a bit more focus would improve the execution of the shot.

For whatever reason, the water behind looks kind of out of place here; skin tone appears a bit too pink for me. I do like the reflection in the glasses, and she has a great smile!
