You might want to try this one at a different time of day - this looks to be taken midday when the sun is very bright. I do understand that sometimes you have to shoot when you have the chance to shoot - but the "magic" light of morning and evening tends to render nicer tones and textures in most things. It is a very interesting structure!

I quite like the composition of this! I like the one arch just above the other and I do like the sun captured here. To get a bit more blue (and if you're using Photoshop) you can increase the amount of black in both the blue and cyan using "Selective Color". You can also decrease the saturation of yellow a touch to whiten up the clouds a bit.

I like taking this view of buildings, too. This is quite nice! You've got very good detail. With a touch more sharpening, the detail pops even more. You'll know you've overdone sharpening if you start to get jaggies at a 100% view or start to see "halos" around things.
