Live And Let Dieby posthumousComment: Oh, this definitely went WAY over to the humorous side. Not a darn thing disturbing about it, really. Well, maybe the way you think, but that's not really all THAT disturbing. Definitely funnier than hell, actually. I'm still laughing. Skewsme gets bonus points for playing the dead chick with panache. |

Ole Blue Eyesby PhotologistComment: This is an awesome shot all around. Excellent color, clarity, and nice DOF chosen for the shot. Congrats on an excellent score in this challenge, too! |

the dominance of the shape projecting onto the blue, as seen from aboveby silverfoxxComment: I have no idea what Posthumous said in his comment - do you? :-) Very clever, very original, and nicely done, too! Of course, I'd have to subtract a point for the fact that you're young, in terrific shape, and have a terrific body - that's simply not fair. (And you do know I'm just teasing, right?) Nice work, young lady! |

Waiting for Breakfastby bcobleComment: To me, this is a complete portrait - the bird AND it's environment. The detail and color in the surroundings are excellent. Of course that does mean that your bird doesn't take center stage (and I'm pretty sure the bird prefers it that way so his prey doesn't pay great attention to him) and that can dissuade some voters. Still a pretty good score and no 1s, 2s, or 3s! |

joyby skewsmeComment: Heh - I like Don's comment. It does have energy, but I don't think it's from the crop; I think it's from your subject, who radiates energy and light. I suspect this wasn't posed but a moment well caught. So young, and already so perfectly color coordinated. I like the single leaf on the sidewalk, too - gives a sense of time which is nice when taking pictures of children - they grow too quickly. |

In their shadowby KivetComment: In addition to what I said during the challenge, I also really like the DOF here - everything is crisp and clear - good clean Wyoming air. Very nice shot and GREAT score and finish - congrats! |

The Lower Vaultsby quiet_observationComment: Check that out - no 1s or 2s and only one three - them's good numbers. I love shots like this - curves, lines, textures - all work together nicely here. And as I see has already been mentioned, very nice DOF for this shot. |
