From the wind came fire.by GeocideComment: Feels a little tilted off the horizontal but I like the low viewpoint and straightforward capture. The detail in the hob ring is great - like a circle of smiles. |

Boy, Was That Spicy!by GolferDDSComment: Great idea and nice composition infront of good black backdrop. I'd say that the image would have more impact of there were less distracting detail in the model - a shave would mean that the light wouldn't catch those wee white hairs along the chin and neck which keep attracting my focus. |

Windby GordonComment: Wonderful abstract feel and conveys so much more than just the concept of wind - it takes me back to summer days on the beach running around with similar whirly wind powered toys and I can even feel the sun and wind on my skin. I like the angle of the spindle, the amount of motion blur compared to the amount of discernable detail and I like the way the blue sky is broken up the fluffy white cloud. |

Sea of tranquillity by geewhyComment: Your title certainly matches what the image conveys - floating peacefully on the tranquil waters... Good choice to go for black and white to really highlight the cloudy shadows in the still water. |

Harness the Skyby QuadrajetComment: Nice use of perspective to show both the scale of an individual wind turbine as well as the expanse of empty land that this wind farm is situated in. I like the way you've picked a time of day that adds interest to the shot by providing graduated colour and beautiful glints on the sides of the turbines. |

Cover the Earthby JPRComment: The tracks certainly give a focal point and strengthen composition, alongside the parallel triangle of rock to the lower right of the frame. |

my daughters shoesby shutterflyComment: This is a nice study - lighting is good, background works well. I think I'd prefer the shoes a touch closer to each other, still with one at an angle, as you've posed it. |

The hardest word to say.by moviemanComment: I thought the hardest word to say was "sorry"? ;)
I did read "low" a few times before I decided it must be "love".
Composition and simplicity are strong. |

Baby. It's cold outside.by pcodyComment: I love the crossed gloved hands over the matching coat but I don't get the inclusion of the sunglasses. I personally would prefer the image without them. |
