Focus On Fireby garrywhite2Comment: I don't usually like selective desaturation but this one is very cleverly done indeed and the detail is wonderful. There's so much to study here and yet the overall composition is strong too, with the tree, the arc of water and the repetition of the four or five men on the ground. |

I'm not sure why she had to be naked ( I'm all for nudes - I entered one myself once) and am confused about what the nudity adds to the message? |

Determinedby Firstrich1Comment: Great composition, the crossed arms are excellent foreground material, and in the background, shallow DOF blurs but doesn't disguise the look of determination on his face. Black and white is absolutely the right choice. |
