Wonderful shot, love the "Nazarene" sign. Beautifully crafted. I suspect the relatively low score is due to voters feeling this doesn't really address the "inside out" nature of the challenge...

Reading the comments is sort of depressing, this PARADE of people assuming it's illegal, and one even TELLING you he's refrained from voting because he's not sure it's illegal and doesn't want to vote you down unfairly... WTF? Like you say, just vote the image and let SC do its job....

Not that much processing actually; a smidge of shadow/highlight, a bit of saturation boost. Only thing I did that's "extra" is place an empty layer set to "darken", sample the sky upper left, and draw a gradient with that color to mute some sun glare center top edge...
