Untitledby trevytrevComment: Been hanging out at "my" Red River Beach? Why didn't you stop by for some supper? There's a stark dreaminess to this that seems to extend beyond "seeing" into other sensory areas, as Ubique has suggested. |

The cold and lonely way...by trevytrevComment: I see you're joining me in the mystery of paths and tree tunnels, LOL. There's something about the way the blur sucks you in :-) I can't say I'm real fond of the tint (too cyan for my tastes, I'd prefer a more steely blue) but I like the rest of it just fine. I like the way you resisted putting anything "focal" in the lower half of the picture, forcing us to contemplate the rough, pebbly surface on its own terms. |

Lensbaby 2by JuliBocComment: I'll join the agreers: Lensbaby has great potential as a portrait lens. ON the Lensbaby site there's some excellent examples of pros using the LB for emotive portraits. Keep plugging away at it! |

I'm Dreaming of a White Christmasby Bear_MusicComment: Originally posted by ubique: Crikey bear, you've lost some weight! Or maybe you're further away than I first thought. Or maybe I just read it all wrong and you have a very tiny assistant now. |
LOL, that's just a person who wandered out of the woods and turned around to wait for his wife/girlfriend. He's about 100 yards away. |
