I think the tilt works very well here.

Nice work on the tilt, if the horizon had been straight I'd have probably skipped commenting but am strangely drawn to whats beyond the grasses.

There's a bit of a bereft feeling to this, like I'm lost in those reeds.

The muted tones are lovely, so earthy and ethereal at the same time!

Been hanging out at "my" Red River Beach? Why didn't you stop by for some supper? There's a stark dreaminess to this that seems to extend beyond "seeing" into other sensory areas, as Ubique has suggested.

I love this. So glad people are appreciating the lensbaby. I couldn't figure it out but really like an image that does. Makes me think of the sea grass on our summer vacations when I was a child.

This one's terrific. I'm lying in the grass hiding from ... everybody! It has that musty smell, like clean compost. And it's soft and scratchy at the same time. It's a strangely familiar feeling that I had forgotten, but I remember it now. Thanks!

Can't do that with a regular lens! Something always gets in the way. And regular lenses can't do scratch-and-sniff either.
