Not a lot of bokeh to this, just a cluster of them near the bottom. Strange, eerie colors. Effective frame. As an aside, I'd question whether this dandelion is really "dormant", but that's neither here nor there. Nicely composed and lit.

Here's the way I see it; "bokeh", technically, is an out-of-focus artefact created by spherical lens distortions. Artistically, it's a concept of interplay between out-of-focus and sharp-focus elements in a composition.

For me, your image does not meet the terms of the challenge especially well, because everything in it is realtively sharp, and there's no subject/ground interaction at all.

Technical masterpiece. Unbelievably pure, circular artefacts. Only possible nit I have is I'd like to see just a hint of fill bringing out detail on the bulb threads. Dynamite Bokeh. Really effective use of simple border also.

Much more a sense of shallow DOF than bokeh. background seems arbitrary, and incidental to the subject, where I'm looking for a sense of integration of BG and subject in bokeh. Love the bubble!
