A Dead American Treasure, the ROXY Drive-Inby ClickNSeeComment: I supect this won't do well, but I hope it does. I love the purity of the lines, the cartoonish sense of oversaturation, and especially the very precise separation between overhand and hill line on the right, which speaks volumes for the care you spent composing this shot. (Either that or you were lucky as hell, LOL) |

M.C. Escher's Boyhood Houseby mariomelComment: I love this shot. The tonal range could be smoothed out, there's some total highlight blowout here that distracts and the darkest areas are a tad blocked up as well, but a cery stron entry in my eyes nonetheless. |

alone by the seaby JohannesFrankComment: Rich and Heida-esque. Very strong & evocative shot. IS it heida? Looks like iceland for sure. There's some oversturation of the reds at work here, but for me it's effective. I hope others feel the same way. |

Battersea Power Stationby redmoonComment: Rich and powerful image. Love the muted colors and the stark contrast. This very strong entry stands out in a virtual sea of very similar shots. |

Certified Assistance Dog "Karma"by Bear_MusicComment: For all those who commented on Karma's "missing ass", she's climbing out of a ditch, and she froze in mid-climb when some birds broke cover. It's by far the best shot I have ever had of her face, so I entered it despite the weird pose. |

Inquisitive Aussiesby clarmoreComment: A little too studio, a little too neatimagey, for my tastes, but a wonderfull complex image nevertheless. Wouldn't be surprised to see it ribbon. |

Stanley by ChasSourekComment: I'm pretty sure the sheer, hilarious, facial expression and angle of ears on this is gonna propel it to the top, but for me it's not sharp enough and is a little too pat to crack the hgihest levels, though I give it a strong score. I especially love the chin whiskers standing out :-) |

Guardian in the Sun by chuckComment: Powerful image, marred IMO by shadows that are a bit too blocked up. If i coudl see just a tad of separation of the right sides of the animals from the empty BG the image would gain a point. really sweet shot. |
