Reflectionsby fredandaudComment: It's a good idea, but I think this one is a bit too crowded to have the impact you'd hoped for. 5. |

Heavenly Linesby helgihelgiComment: A very clever shot. I suspect you have made this building appear more interesting than it is, by selecting this view point. I hate saying this, but I would have liked it better in colour I think. (I hate saying it because it always seems a presumptuous comment, like saying to Da Vinci, "You know, old Mona might have looked better with a cigar"). Also a nice title. 7. |

Looming Largeby TerryGeeComment: I'm not sure why, but this just doesn't come off for me. Looks a bit cartoon-like, I guess. I'm probably being harsh, because it's a good photograph of a well composed scene. It just lacks appeal somehow. 5. |

Desert Southwest Stoneby tfarrell23Comment: I think you have shown just barely enough of this house's location to hint at the architect's point about this building's relationship to it's environment. A near miss for me. Sorry. 5. |

Fairy-tale houseby arpitaComment: Good subject and point of view, really nice composition, but the shadow of the tree destroys your otherwise high-impact image. What a pity. 5. |

We've Come a Long Wayby RockBruiseComment: The waterfall is the subject here. I'm afraid the old girder bridge is not prominent enough to say much about architecture. But you get a bonus point for not calling it "Water Under the Bridge". 4. |

A Study in Brick and Glassby ArtanComment: Nice perspective & composition to showcase this worthy subject. It seems just a little over-processed to me, but maybe that's needed here for the dramatic effect you have achieved. 7. |

Reachingby jin_tonicComment: This is a terrific photo of a very impressive building. Your composition and point of view are highly sympathetic to the architectural style and "personality" of the subject; you seem to have achieved the maximum visual impact of which this building is capable. This photo would not look out of place on the cover of a fine architecture magazine or book. 9. |
