to tell you the truth, a few turbines were spinning, not fast, but some... :). I hope it is not a reasan for DQ :). 1/3000 was not because of that, even 1/30 would've been sufficient to stop the motion, simply it was still pretty early and light, and I was shooting right into the sunset.
