Dusk & Labradorby hideoutComment: Took me a minute to figure this out. Wonderful reflection on the water. Looks like the dog is peering over an edge. |

spider webby just_havin_funComment: Is it coming at me, or going away? One of those eye tricks...
Nice capture. Very cool with the white on black like this. |

D&L?by TranquilComment: Very nice waterfall shot. I take it the L is the leaf? Everything works great...only distraction I have is the large boulder area that is wet really wants to grab my attention...probably because it's a bit brighter than the focal point. Ok, you've enticed me to go try a shot like this myself...have a small waterfall in the wooded ravine out back.
Great capture! Keep smiling and having fun... |

Four Reflectionby PollyBeanComment: Ok - I give. What did you do here? Is this for real or a post-processing trick? If it's for real...where was it for the Illusions challenge??? He-he. |

Dory-Sunset.jpgby orussellComment: What wonderful lines this image has! It grabbed me from the thumbnail...I had to see it. Great colors. Nice job of composition. If I could make a couple of suggestions. 1) I wish it was actually a bit darker in the foreground - it distracts from the rich colors everywhere else (particularly the gravel/sand I guess). 2) Have you looked at it with the left cropped a bit - to the point of removing the triangular object on the beach (this would also remove the hump in the bg skyline - don't know if that's good or bad).
Great catch! |

Framedby SDWComment: I didn't see the first one, but I like this VERY much. Nice warm feel to it. If I could nitpick on any one thing it would be the border. On the left side of the image I had to look closer...didn't know at first what it was. Thought it might be another tree or something. Maybe a key color (1pixel), then black? That could be distracting too...nevermind. ;^) |
