Tut at the Franklinby banmornComment: Nice. The first place my eyes went is to the family, then naturally went up the stairs to the entrance and King Tut sign. It's cool that you were able to get one family isolated on those steps. Good luck in the challenge. |

"Marlin's Garden"by MelonMusketeerComment: Looks like the enchanted forest, or some fairy book setting. Wonderful color! I'd have cropped a bit off the left to eliminate that utility pole (I know, then the comp would've been centered - tough choice sometimes). Gest of luck to you in the challenge. |

Fiery Entranceby andregoldComment: Missed the 'Match' deadline did you? :D Nice photo, perhaps a bit of a stretch for 'Entrance'. Love the detail and perfect timing. For 'Match' I'd have given it a 9. Good luck. |

Matchby JimyThingComment: Ok. You made me look at this upside down just to make sure I was seeing it correctly. :D Interesting. Good luck. |

Lightsby elemessComment: I love the background on this. The matching lights are a good choice as the main subject. This was a tough image to get with the wide ranging lighting conditions. Ideally I think the lights could be exposed a little less, but overall this is well done. Good luck in the challenge. |

Chess Matchby pamelasueComment: I like the concept, the lighting is fair (could be a little brighter). Thing holding this back some for me is it's cluttered. Too many pieces on the board. You could have used 1/2 of those and gotten the message across a little stronger. JMO of course. :D Good luck in the challenge. |

Match made in Heavenby silverscreenComment: Now that is some sweetness! Very clean and crisp, yet detailed and not NI'd to death. Lovely composition and very well done! Good luck in the challenge. |

Five On Fireby ranmComment: This is a tough one. If you're going to enter a shot that you (should) know is going to be well represented, it helps to take a unique approach. If not, the photo needs to be crisp and clean. This is a little bit too noisy/grainy to hit even an average score I'm afraid. All JMO of course. Good luck to you in the challenge. |

Matchbook Texturesby banmornComment: Some pretty fine details here. Amazing what things look like up close sometimes. :D This is certainly interesting to look at. Too bad about that straggling hair up top. :) Good luck in the challenge. |
